Is Easy Concierge an app?
No, it is a WebApp (digital platform). We have thought of this solution to avoid having to download an application on your guests´ phones. They will be able to access Easy Concierge easily, by framing the available QrCode or the dedicated link.
How long will it take for Easy Concierge to be ready?
Once we have received the necessary material "in all the languages chosen" for the chosen plan and the relative payment, the time needed to create Easy Concierge will be approximately 5 working days.
How do you make changes?
You can make changes yourself, thanks to a dedicated management system, or you can tell us what changes to make and we will be happy to make them for you.
How do guests access Easy Concierge?
Guests can easily access Easy Concierge via a link that can be sent to the customer via email even before their arrival at the facility or via QRCode, to be applied on information signs inside the facility, both in the hall and in the rooms.
What does Online Check-In consist of?
It is possible to indicate the link to the CRM of the structure, in this way the guests will be able to directly access your management system and check-in automatically or we provide a form that, once filled in, will send all the necessary data to process them manually.

Easy Concierge is suitable for any type of accommodation facility, from B&Bs to 5-star hotels. Based on the services of the facility, you can select the contents that best suit your needs to create a personalized Easy Concierge.

Easy Concierge is a digital concierge for accommodation facilities, created to simplify the work of the staff and improve the experience of the guests´ stay, providing all the information they need on their phone. For example, they will be able to discover the services offered by the facility, check in online, browse the menu of your restaurant, chat with the staff via WhatsApp and much more.
How many languages is Easy Concierge available in?
Easy Concierge can be activated in up to 5 languages, depending on the plan you choose. The available languages are: Italian, English, French, Spanish and German.
Once the service expires, what happens?
The service does NOT automatically renew, so if you no longer wish to use the service you do not have to do anything.
On the contrary, you will have to make the payment before the deadline to avoid being suspended.
In any case, we will contact you to remind you of the expiration of the service and, if necessary, give you information on how to renew it.
What payment methods do you accept to activate Easy Concierge?
If the payment is annual or semi-annual, it will be possible to make it via Bank Transfer, Paypal or Stripe. In case of monthly payment, you will have to remember to pay by the expiration of the plan via Paypal to avoid the suspension of the service.
